Chicago Movers All My Sons Moving Supports the Special Olympics
Dallas TX, The Special Olympics began in 1968, and was hosted in the great American city of Chicago. What began as a few games in a field has grown into a national movement to provide the same athletic opportunities to those who are intellectually disabled. All My Sons Moving, the premiere Chicago Mover, understands the importance of this annual competition. This year the Chicago Moving Company helped support the Special Olympics by getting involved with the Windy City Rubber Ducky Derby charity drive. The Ducky Drive is an annual event which works to support the Special Olympics by hosting a charity drive, in which individuals sponsor, or adopt, a rubber ducky to win in a derby. The Derby has been quite successful in recent years, and has raised nearly 20,000 dollars to support 22,000 Olympic Illinois athletes.
The local Chicago movers made the All My Sons Moving family proud when they ?adopted over 60 ducks at the derby this year.? They understand the value of charity and the great commitment that is needed to develop a strong and valuable community. ?All My Sons Moving is proud that our contribution helped benefit an international program with over 200 events, athletes in over 180 countries, and an outreach to more than 190 million people?. Said Mark Doyle, an All My Sons Representative. ?Our local movers are committed to our community and our customers?.
